So I picked up Sunny from Newark. And we start driving to LA. On the way there, it was getting unbearably hot for Sunny and Henry. It was fine for me though. To brighten up their lives they decided to take off their shirts in my car and suggested I take mine off. To make the trip even more enjoyable, I decided to turn on my heater (because my AC is broken). We played the hoteness game to see who's a bitch.
I start getting sleepy so I handed over the car to Henry. Ahhhhh! Just in time before the traffic kicks in. It was rather late when we arrived to Newport. We searched for a place to eat but couldn't find anything. Strange considering it's a Friday night and it was only 10-11PM. Our solution? We went to into an Albertson's to buy some toiletries, rotisserie chicken, and Hawaiian rolls. There was a bench outside of the store where we ate our meal. It felt as if we were three kids who ran away from home. We had no utensils to eat with, no napkins, no plates. I was wearing some raggedy clothes. I asked a man if we can have some napkins from the rolls he just bought. We tore away at the semi-bland chicken.
Near the end of our meal, a limo driver pulled up in front of us and offered us a soda. We gladly accepted his kind gesture and decided to test his friendliness. We asked him to take pictures for us and with us. We each took pictures with the limo inside and out. He was a cool/friendly guy who said that being a limo driver here allows him to see “celebrities, rockstars, and pornstars.” I wonder how much money that guy makes.

Mr. Limo Driver being a boss.
Pam had finally arrived with our future friend Winnie. The five of us headed to our rooms. The hotel suite was nice. And “nice” is obviously an extreme understatement to anyone who is in a middle class family. Since I brought my camera to this trip, I figured I'd make use of it. We took a bajillion pictures of this place because we were so amazed. Gigantic beds, fluffy pillows, paintings, HDTV, backyard view of a gorge of some sort. Basically, this is better than what most people experience.

Sunny Enjoying the shower with dual shower heads.

The hot tub I still wish we all hopped into.

The golf course that's a mile away.

Backyard view of houses. I give a "OMG, these people..." look. :)
The next day started off with a big breakfast made by PamBam's mom. Off we headed to see the sights and whatnot.
The OC is hella nice...like a little way too perfect. Look how humungous this house is.

We went to Laguna Beach because the Limo driver suggested it to us last night. He said it was the best beach to go to around here. So took his advice and holy shit, the beaches here are so much more populated and nice.

There is a lot of random things that go on here. For example, we saw a random pony going on its typical afternoon walk. We saw this guy who was talkiing to people at a spot right next to the sand. We calle him birdman because he owned a milion birds that he talked to and fed.

The black guy.

So we stayed there for a good hour just walking on the beach. I actually brought my camera this time on vacation so I started taking hella pics of us doing random shit. An hour of picture taking went by before we decided it was enough.

The girl that made it happen!

The guys skipping gayly (merrily)

The girl that told us we were pretty gay and my reaction.

Group picture!!!
As we washed off the sand our feet carried back, the day has just started. Off to
Newport Beach! I took a nap in the car on the way here. We already knew what we were gonna do here. TANDEM BIKING!!!
So it was my first time doing this and I highly enjoyed it. I guess there isn't much to say about the biking trip.

One notable thing is that people are fckin' bitches around here. I mean, driving through LA, if you do something a little wrong, everyone decides to honk at you. Similarly, when you're biking and you do something that's not a big deal, they make it a big deal by bitching at us/cussing/middle fingers. I'm sorry if my friends bike's chain fell off and we had to fix it. I swear it was pretty much on the side of the street.
Another notable thing is that Newport beach has these small beachfront houses. They aren't the biggest houses but they sell for 3 million dollars. It's about the size of Oai's house in Newark. Foo's be chillin in their front yard drinking and partying. Only a sidewalk seperates them from the beach sand. Ohhh how I want one!!

Probably by far the best group picture.
MmMMMM just in time for some steak and chicken. Rather delicious?!? Hahah. Just a little dry. I still appreciate it though :).
Nothing really happened during the night. Only loud conversations about a certain ex of mine and farts and whatnot. These conversations happened at the pool. This pool is made of money. Large ass chess board like you see in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, ping pong tables, billiard tables eerywhere.

Nice way to end the night.
Enjoy the pictures though.
-Agreed. The best group picture is the one with the bikes.
ReplyDelete-Laguna Beach is hella nice. The water is not as cold and the water is cleanER haha.
